Top Leather Shop is committed to providing quality products to our valued customers. We take great pride in our products and ensure they are well-inspected before being shipped to you. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out and that’s why we have established our Return and Exchange Policy.

 

TERMS TO RETURN ITEMS:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

The condition of the jacket should be as good as new, with no signs of wear and tear or damage.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee or product exchange if there is a mistake from the side of Top Leather Shop or as mentioned in the policy.

The customer will be responsible for the transportation charges for returning or exchanging items.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

 

Handcrafted items and unique orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned.

We advise buyers to carefully choose their size and color as we do not take responsibility for size or color-related issues. Size charts are available on our website. If you have any queries regarding size, please email us at Contact@topleathershop.com

Worn or altered items cannot be returned. Jackets purchased need to be inspected upon receipt. Kindly contact us before returning or exchanging any product.

All items on sale are final and non-refundable (NOT eligible for refunds).

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, custom orders are non-refundable. However, if there is any issue with the custom order, we will try our best to resolve the issue.

 

TO RETURN:

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to contact@topleathershop.com with your name, order number, and email address used for the order. Our representative will get back to you within 48 working hours to assist you in the best way possible.

Once you receive approval for the return or exchange, we will provide you with our warehouse address. Buyers are requested to send the package via a local post office with a tracking number.

 

REFUND & PROCESSING:

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

A restocking fee of 25% to 40% will be deducted in case of return.
